Description
Photoshop CS2 + WacomShe is wearing a Filipinana design. Its called Maria Clara gown. Its one of our national costumes among a few. Its design is influenced by the european style, specifically Spain, that ruled the Philippines for more than 3 centuries. Traditionaly, the Maria Clara gown goes with neutral colors and very seldom with black. Most of the time, the cape is woven with Abaca threads and the embroidery with silk threads. The blouse and the skirts are mostly made from cotton fibers with silk lace layers. That's why, this is a very interesting dress for me...^-^ hope you like it.
